To further strengthen its position as a key supplier of long-lasting pumps and mixers to China, Landia has appointed Ya (Sunny) Sun as its new Business Development Manager.
Based in Shanghai, Sunny’s new role will complement the significant inroads made by Landia’s long-established Sales Manager, Danny Zhang, whose notable portfolio includes large pump and mixer orders that stretch from Guilin in the south to Dalian in the north east- and most recently for the Sanhe Yanjiao West WWTP on the eastern outskirts of Beijing.
Ya (Sunny) Sun brings considerable experience from a decade with DHI (water environments) and as an Energy Saving Engineer for one of China’s most influential architectural design institutions, ECADI (East China Architectural Design & Research Institute). Sunny previously achieved an MBA at the University of Manchester, and a Master’s Degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Landia’s Export Sales Director, Thorkild Maagaard, commented:
“Sunny is a great believer in delivering the best possible solutions to our growing customer base in China. Her focus underlines just how particular Chinese plant operators are in wanting to treat wastewater properly”.
